Saltwater Inn Terms & Conditions

Policies

Check-in: 4:00 pm. Our simple mobile self-check-in cuts out the need to check-in with the lobby. Our Inn is completely keyless. When you reserve your stay, you will receive your room code with instructions. Early check-in is subject to availability. The minimum age to book a reservation is 18.

Check-out: 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and may be an additional fee.

Maximum Occupancy: Room occupancy is based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. Room occupancy is listed on the room reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please notify us 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged for your stay. Canceling within 48 hours before your reservation and you will be charged for your full reservation.

Payment: Your credit card will be charged the full amount 2 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA. 

Damages: Guests are liable for any damage to the rooms or hotel premises. The credit/debit card on file will be charged for the cost of repairs/replacement of any damaged item.

Credit Card Surcharge:  2.0% Surcharge fee on credit card payments. If paying with a debit card - please notify us 48 hours prior to arrival as debit cards are not subject to this surcharge. 

Smoking Fee: We are a NON-smoking facility. There will be a $250 cleaning fee applied for smoking indoors. Burning candles, incense or any other devices is prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors in the designated area only. 

Seafood Policy:  No raw seafood / fish is to be kept in the room unless in guest's own cooler (not refrigerator) and guest agrees to an extra cleaning fee if there is any odor or damage.

Pet Policy:

  • Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD 25 per pet, per night
  • The ONLY pets we accept are dogs 50 pounds and under. No other pets accepted
  • Service animals are exempt from fees and size restrictions. All rooms accept Service Animals.
  • Advance notice of the number of pets is required. Undeclared pets not registered on reservation are subject to a $250 non-refundable fee.
  • Owners agree to pay a $25 fee, per night per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
  • Pet owner agrees to not leave their pets unattended at any time during their stay.  Unattended pets will be subject to a $100 non-refundable fee and you may be asked to check out if your pet is causing a disturbance to other guests.
  • Housekeeping will not enter or clean a guest room that has a pet in it.  
  • Owners agree to keep their dog on a leash or in a kennel while the dog is in any public area of the property.
  • Pet owners agree to clean up after their pet as needed.
  • Not all rooms are Pet Friendly.  

Registered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or debit card may be required for incidental charges.

Parking: Self-parking is available.  There is an extra charge to park an RV or boat trailer.  Please contact hotel office or by email to confirm availability of this type of parking and fees.

Special Requests: Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed.
